James Baughn found a driveway bridge with a weight limit along US 67 in southeastern Missouri:
This peculiar situation is on US 67 a short distance south of the Greenville Bridge in Wayne County. Here we have a bridge providing access to a cemetery on the opposite side of a roadside ditch. The bridge appears to be state-maintained, and has weight limit signs in both directions, even though it has a locked gate at the other end. I'm not sure why anybody would have a need to drive a 26-ton tractor-trailer through here. But the option is there.
The bridge itself is made entirely out of wood.
