In the "oops" category is this sign assembly on US 159 in northwest Missouri near Oregon. Why is it an "oops"? US 159 is usually labeled as a north-south highway, as shown in at least one confusing sign assembly where US 159 is concurrent with Missouri 111. The mix-up is understandable, as much of US 159 really does run in an east-west direction.
