G.R. Van (Gene Van Dusseldorp) took this photo of a city-limit sign assembly at night on Missouri 6 in Winston. What's notable is the use of mixed-case lettering on an otherwise standard Missouri city-limit sign for ordinary highways. Usually, mixed-case lettering has been used only for city-limits signs on freeways. Freeway city-limit signs, by way of contrast, don't show the population of the city.
