This is the inset map for Flat River and Farmington from the 1969 official state highway map. Most of the routes have not changed since then, but some of the cities have changed. Flat River, Elvins, Esther, and Rivermines merged into the new city of Park Hills in 1994. Fairview Acres merged with Flat River in 1993.

The one route that has changed is Missouri 32, which now runs along a new alignment that bypasses Flat River to the south. It still connects to US 67 at the same interchange, though.
