Inset map for West St. Louis County, Mo. (1969)

This section of the inset map for Kansas City from the 1969 official state highway map shows some of the West (St. Louis) County area. Interstate 244 was redesignated Interstate 270 in the 1970s. Missouri 140 on Lindbergh Boulevard was replaced by US 67, and US 61 and 67 now run concurrently on Lindbergh south of US 40. US 40 also now has the additional designation of Interstate 64. Toward the top of the map, Page Boulevard has been extended west from Interstate 270 (244 on this map) into St. Charles County with the designation of Missouri 364.
