Just Over the Border from Colorado

Junction of NM 196 at NM 522

NM 196 is a route connecting the village of Amalia with NM 522, the main route from Colorado to Taos. Even closer, though, is the historic village of Costilla, which is just off NM 522. The junction is about a mile south of the Colorado border.
