3-line Automatic Electric phone

An Automatic Electric three-line phone, with a dial, still in use at the Fenton Funeral Chapel in Centralia, Missouri. These three-line phones, in both dial and "touch-tone" versions, used to be common in businesses in Missouri GTE areas. The hold buttons were notorious for not really working the way you would expect hold buttons to work. I once worked in a newsroom with these phones. It was very easy to disconnect callers inadvertently.
