Proton 100 Specifications
Consistent with Proton's marketing of the radio as a miniature hi-fi receiver, the Proton 100 brochure contained complete specifications on its back cover. These specifications indicated that the radio was quite competitive with much larger hi-fi tuners or receivers. However, the use of the headphone cord as an FM antenna was an inherent limitation on real-life performance. Stiil, it was very good then and still is very good today.
