US 50 makes a turn from Main Street onto Townsend Avenue in Montrose, Colorado. Colorado 90 continues west on Main Street, leading to two signs in this assembly claiming to have westbound routes.
The intersection also marks the northern endpoint of US 550, which continues south from here to Durango and into New Mexico.
