I'm not sure why someone would try to cross streetcar tracks on a bicycle with no front wheel -- so the pictogram on this warning sign in Portland, Oregon is a bit mystifying. The general message, though, seems to be that bicyclists should be careful when crossing the streetcar tracks on NW 23rd Avenue.
