In the Texas Panhandle, three US highways intersect in the small city of Dalhart: US 385, US 54, and US 87. What's interesting (at least to me) in this photo are the low gasoline prices that prevailed in early January 2000. Yes, 83.9 cents per gallon for unleaded!
