A bypass around Flippin, Arkansas opened in October, 2007. Some contractor markers remained after the opening. The Arkansas outline is appropriate for state highway 178, though the HWY 178 nomenclature is unusual. But the destination sign for "Flippin Business" just sounds odd as a way of pointing the way to the town's business district.
