Even though the main lanes of traffic continue eastbound on Interstate 70 from the eastern terminus of Interstate 68 in Maryland, it's marked as one of three exits. The exit for westbound Interstate 70 and US 522 goes into Pennsylvania, while US 522 goes into West Virginia.
