At 33rd Street and Broadway in Manhattan, next to Herald Square, there are separate signals for regulating bicycle traffic. This is the only place I saw such signals during a visit to New York City in May 2010 but, of course, there may be other such signals in Manhattan.
If you look carefully in the photo on the right, you can see a second signal in the background, under a sign that says Bicycle Signal.
