The southern end of US 14 is at Broadway and Foster Avenue in Chicago. That's also the only location (in Chicago, at least) where US 14's designation as the "Ronald Reagan Highway" is shown.
Why US 14? It goes nowhere near the small Illinois towns where the former president grew up. He also never had much of an association with Chicago.
