The Steel Bridge is one of six that cross the Willamette River in downtown Portland, Oregon. Most of those bridges are also drawbridges. This view, from a walkway on the west bank of the river, shows the towers of the drawbridge on the Steel Bridge.
The tower which appears to be leaning at the right edge of this photo is one of the towers of the Lloyd Center. The tower really isn't leaning; the angle from this perspective just makes it look that way.
