The Steel Bridge in downtown Portland, Oregon, doesn't just carry automobile traffic. In this photo, you can see a MAX light-rail train on the main roadbed bridge, as well as an Amtrak train on the lower level. There's also a walkway adjacent to the lower level.
The bridge is a drawbridge, as can be seen from the two towers that are used for lifting the center section of the bridge when required for river navigation.
