For many years, US 2 and US 395 have run concurrently on Division Street in Spokane, Washington. A freeway bypassing Spokane to the east, to be the future route of US 395, is currently under construction. The freeway, called the North Spokane Corridor, is opening in stages, and is scheduled to be substantially complete in 2011. So remember this sign, photographed in July 2010, because the multiplex along city streets may not be there in subsequent years.
