On Shepherdstown Pike at Shipley School Road just outside Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, a sharp right turn is required for southbound traffic. This is also the route to US 340, as shown by the trailblazer. The large yellow warning arrow makes it look as if there are two arrows for the trailblazer!
