Turning Around in Sacramento

On Capitol Mall in Sacramento, a left turn from the eastbound lanes into the Old Sacramento district is prevented by a median. Instead, eastbound drivers wanting to go to Old Sacramento must make a U-turn at 2nd Street, but not turn onto that street. Thus this signal has a U-turn arrow in its green phase.
