Right on the Missouri-Arkansas border, there are two designations for the same road, right on the state line, intersecting with Missouri Route P in Barry County, which itself becomes Arkansas route 23.
On the Missouri side, it's Lake Road P-3, while Arkansas calls it Carroll County route 242.
