Right on the Missouri-Arkansas border, there are two designations for the same road, right on the state line, intersecting with Missouri Route P in Barry County, which itself becomes Arkansas route 23.
On the Missouri side, it's Lake Road P-3, while Arkansas refers to it as Carroll County route 242. This is also one of the few Missouri lake roads designated with a green sign rather than a white sign with black text.
This photo was taken in April 2003 about 8 miles north of Eureka Springs, Arkansas. This location is also about 3 miles south of Eagle Rock, Missouri, in Barry County.
