US 63, US 136, and Missouri 202 intersect near Lancaster, Missouri. Missouri 202 along its southernmost two miles from Glenwood to Lancaster has been, at various times, Missouri 4, US 136, supplemental Route AA, and, since 1968, Missouri 202. The remainder of Route 202 is on the former supplemental Route B between the Iowa border and Glenwood.
