The small sign on the right side of this photo is for southbound traffic on the Maryland Heights Expressway, headed toward Missouri 364 in St. Louis County. Missouri 364 is an extension of Page Avenue, going from Interstate 270 on the east, crossing the Missouri River, and ending at Missouri 94 in St. Charles County.
This particular trailblazer sign did not use the Missouri state outline, unlike another marker on the route.
