The interchange of Missouri 22, Route F, and US 63 at Sturgeon is marked in a couple of unusual ways. Normally at this sign assembly for westbound traffic, you would expect to see the end of Route 22 marked. It isn't marked here, or anywhere else at this interchange. Second, the use of the directional banner for a state supplemental route is unusual (but not unheard of).
