Because both markers have the newer "wide" style that Missouri began using in 2000, the signs at this intersection east of Rock Port have been replaced only since 1999. The arrow signs under the markers now seem puny by comparison. Other square-style US 275 markers remain in Missouri.
This intersection also marks the southern end of US 275 at Rock Port.
