
Compare this view to the view two years earlier from approximately (more or less, maybe less!) the same spot on the cliff overlooking the south bank of the Missouri River. Even though there clearly had been some demolition work, the basic outlines of the bridge were still intact when this photo was taken on September 8, 2005.
Missouri 13 had been re-routed to the new bridge earlier in the year, but Missouri 224 still runs along the base of the cliff.
